Northway Holiday Cottages has been established for some years, having been converted into holiday units from agricultural barns in the late 1980s. These units are now in need of improvement and the new site owners have taken the business decision to acquire and invest in the site by improving the accommodation and site facilities to meet their market profile and meet the demands of an increasingly competitive contemporary market.

To the North West are several ancillary buildings which will provide a new reception building and 3 no. units as additional guest accommodation. The second phase will be to divide the existing 10 cottages into 15 smaller ones.
The final phase of the works as part of the masterplan will be the addition of multiple new holiday lodges to the South of the site with views North, overlooking the Devonshire coastline.
