PMA expands team, welcoming a new architect
We introduce our latest team member, Ciarán Linane, who joins PMA following ten years’ experience working in a selection of London architectural practices. An ARB-registered Architect, Ciarán has gained a diverse skill set through the delivery of large commercial schemes for clients with complex and ever-evolving business needs.
He has worked on numerous large-scale office refurbishments including the award-winning Fora Montacute Yards where his keen eye for colour and texture helped in executing a bold interior space for a contemporary office provider in the heart of Shoreditch.
He has led sustainability initiatives at his former practices, including the pathway to achieving net zero status through a clear strategy to reduce the company’s operational carbon footprint.
“We are pleased to welcome Ciaran Linane to PMA; a great addition to our architectural team, already adding considerable creative flair and technical expertise on key commercial, listed building and leisure schemes” explained Director Perry Mears.
Quote from Ciaran …….
“It is a fantastic opportunity to work for an established design-led practice in North Devon, an area I have been fortunate enough to call home for the last three years.”
Outside of work, Ciaran is a violinist in a traditional Irish music group having toured throughout Europe, Asia and United States.”
As a progressive, design-led architectural practice, PMA has cultivated an innovative and creative culture, designing energy efficient spaces and solutions of style, in the residential and commercial sectors, sympathetic to use and setting. With a passion for the conservation of historic sites and buildings, we have expertise in this specialist discipline.
Perry Mears continued “Our expanding portfolio encompasses a range of interesting and inspiring projects, with our discerning clients share the understanding of quality of design, technical expertise and experience, and ability to realise visions by delivering fine spaces and buildings. PMA’s developing reputation has led to us currently working on significant projects in North and East Devon, Plymouth, Cornwall, Somerset, Dorset and Hampshire.”
