We were commissioned by Poltair Homes to develop a scheme for 5 houses on a steeply sloping exposed site in Combe Martin, North Devon. The brief was to create a scheme which not only worked with the constraints of the site but provided a unique living experience in spacious, quality homes for all generations to enjoy.
A contemporary, innovative design enabled us to provide a garage on the entrance storey, allowing the entire first floor to be used as living accommodation, focusing views towards the cove and allowing to spacious, open plan living to spill out onto an external terrace. The focused, design approach focused on style and specification to set this development of just five homes aside.
